When you enquire or book with us, we collect contact details (name, email, mobile, city), trip details (destination, dates, travellers, budget), document scans needed for visa or ticketing, and payment details processed by secure third-party gateways.

- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
- To book travel services with airlines, hotels, embassies and insurers.
- To provide on-trip support and customer service.
- To send service updates and, with consent, occasional offers.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
3. Sharing
We share information only with suppliers strictly needed to fulfil your booking (e.g. airlines, hotels, VFS, embassies, insurers) and with payment processors. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Storage and security
Personal data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access restricted to authorised personnel. Documents containing sensitive information (passport, identity) are retained only for the duration required and securely deleted afterwards.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for marketing messages, by writing to info@travelshop.org.in.
